I love the GNOWFGLINS blog and I enjoy reading about the adventures on their little patch of land and all of their critters, including their Jersey cow, Gracie. I can only dream about how delicious the milk is! :) I know this video is a little old, but I still enjoyed watching it! I also really want to try making the Middle Eastern cheese that Wardeh shows in here.

On a side note, I’ve had this video scheduled for over a month, but it just so happens that Wardeh just joined the Nourished Living Network (of which I am honored to be a part of) this week, so it’s even more exciting to post her video today!
